Overall good experience. We booked two nights (one on arrival before ha giang loop and one at the end of the ha giang loop). Our luggage was safe here during the loop. We also booked our motorcycle (125 cc honda) and our return ride to hanoi via the owner. The owner is a super nice lady and her prices are always correct.
