Itinerary Ha Giang - Cao Bang Tour With Local Driver

Day 1: Ha Giang City  – Tam Son Heaven Gate – Yen Minh Town – Pao house – Vuong Family Mansion – Dong Van

¨ Meals include: Breakfast, lunch, dinner

- Start at 8:00 a.m. at the Hostel in the center of Ha Giang city, then have breakfast with pho (chicken pho, beef pho, sour pho...) at 8:30 a.m. Next on the itinerary, cross Bac Sum slope and proceed to Quan Ba Heaven Gate. Here, your tour guide will introduce you to the legend of Heaven's Gate and witness the first road bends in the journey.

- The next stop is about 2km from Quan Ba Heaven Gate, you can fully admire the panoramic view of Tam Son Town and Co Tien Twin Mountains from here. Before lunch break, we will check-in at Can Ty slope, where there is a giant lonely tree (Iron-wood Tree) on a precarious cliff. At 12:15, we have dinner in Yen Minh town (50km from Quan Ba) with famous dishes of Ha Giang.

- Around 1:15 a.m., we will approach Tham Ma slope (a very famous slope in Ha Giang) with the legendary story of its name. After checking in, taking photos and interacting with ethnic friends, you will pass through Cao Town, Chin Khoanh slope and stop at Pao's house and then the Vuong family mansion. Here, legends and stories seem to come rushing back through the words of the local guides in the most natural way.

- We stop at Dong Van town at around 5:30 p.m. - a place to enjoy the first night of the journey. At 7:30 p.m. we’ll have dinner (specialty black chicken hotpot), after dinner everyone is free to walk, to have coffee and enjoy some other specialties around Dong Van ancient town.

Day 2: Dong Van – Lung Cu Flagpole – Ma Pi Leng – Nho Que river cruise – Pa Vi (Meo Vac)

- Depart at 8am after breakfast, we’ll be heading to the northenmost point of Vietnam, Lung Cu flagpole. It is located on top of Long Son (Dragon Mountain), right above the ancient village of Lo Lo Chai (you will hear historical stories associated with Lung Cu from the past to the present) . When we should arrive around 12 noon and have lunch in Dong Van town.

- The Happiness Road leads us to the favorite check-in location - the White cliff. For those who are adventorous and brave enough to walk on the cliff, it would be an unforgettable experience. And then we’ll conquer one of the most majestic wonders, known as "The Four Great Passes" - the legendary Ma Pi Leng

- When mentioning Ma Pi Leng, we cannot miss the Nho Que River and Tu San canyon (the deepest in Southeast Asia) and of course we will visit those wonders by motorboat.

- To end a wonderful day, we will arrive at Pa Vi cultural village at around 5:30 pm.

- At 7:30 p.m, an amazing dinner with delicious Ha Giang dishes will be ready for you to enjoy

Day 3: Pa Vi - Meo Vac Town - Khau Coc Cha Pass - Bao Lac - Pac Bo

¨ Meals include: Breakfast, lunch, dinner

- Departing at 8:00 am after breakfast, we go straight to the 14-storey Khau Coc Cha Pass in Cao Bang to admire the most beautiful and strange pass in the entire journey (if you want to see the panorama, you must climb to the observation point about approx. more than 1km).

- Then we stop at Bao Lac town for lunch. After lunch, the tour continues with the journey to the Pac Bo relic site. To end the day 3, we’ll visit a homestay near Pac Bo relic site (day 3 is almost to move from HG to CB but the scencery is still too amazing to be missed).

Day 4: Pac Po Cave, Lenin Stream - Ban Gioc Waterfall - Homestay near Ban Gioc Waterfall

¨ Meals include: Breakfast, lunch, dinner

- Departing at 8 a.m. after breakfast, we proceed to Lenin stream, Pac Bo cave with its natural, peaceful beauty, clear water of Lenin stream along with the historical site of Pac Bo cave creating a A destination not to be missed. Then we stop at Ha Quang town for lunch.

- Continue with the journey to Ban Gioc waterfall (about 100km from Cao Bang city). Resting at a homestay near Ban Gioc waterfall (light trekking to the waterfall in the evening to enjoy the beauty of Ban Gioc waterfall when lit) and it will be the end of the day 4 of the journey.

Day 5: Ban Gioc Waterfall – Nguom Ngao Cave – Mat Than Mountain – Cao Bang City

¨ Meals include: Breakfast, lunch

- Departing at 8am after breakfast, our first activity on day 4 is a cruise on Ban Gioc waterfall to best behold the beauty of one of the most beautiful, majestic and famous waterfalls in our country.

- Then, we visit Nguom Ngao cave, which is about 3km from Ban Gioc waterfall. Nguom Ngao Cave, which means tiger in the Tay language, still retains its wild beauty due to geological formations.

- Mount Dung (God's Eye Mountain) with its surrounding wild and rare natural beauty is also known as Tuyet Tinh Coc, a place of enchanting beauty. The mountain is interspersed with rolling rocky mountains and green grasslands. Surely this will be an exciting destination with a unique landscape.

- Around 4:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., you will rest at a homestay in Cao Bang city, have dinner around 7:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. in Cao Bang city center (Cao Bang city has a walking street every Friday and Saturday just like Ha Giang City)

Day 6: Cao Bang City - Hanoi

Have breakfast around 8:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m., then you take the bus from Cao Bang City to Hanoi. Our journey will be ended here.
